RF & Microwave Cable Assemblies

The 0 Series delivers outstanding phase stability under both bending and temperature variation - the defining requirement for vector network analyzer (VNA) port cables and high-frequency measurement interconnects. Seven cable variants cover frequencies from 26.5 GHz up to 145 GHz, with outer diameters from 4.0 mm to 8.5 mm. All variants use 50 Ohm impedance and are RoHS compliant.

The 1 Series is engineered for environments requiring operation across a wide temperature range. Its slim profile and durable construction make it ideal for rack-and-stack test systems and applications where space is limited.

The 2 Series offers flexibility and low repulsion to reduce stress loads to the device under test, with excellent phase stability against bending in intensive microwave measurement use. Four frequency variants cover 26.5 to 67 GHz with Standard (armored), Non-Armored, and Lightweight Armored construction types.

The 3 Series delivers outstanding phase stability under temperature variation, making it the preferred choice for equipment wiring in environments with thermal cycling. Four variants cover 18.5 to 40 GHz with Non-Armored and Armored construction, operating from -65 to +125 C. Low Density PTFE dielectric and 50 Ohm impedance throughout.

The 4 and 5 Series are formable cable assemblies that can be shaped and retain their form for clean, custom routing within enclosures and test fixtures. They offer an excellent alternative to semi-rigid cables.

The 6 Series is designed for applications requiring tightly matched electrical length between multiple cable assemblies. Skew-matched pairs are critical in differential signal testing and high-speed digital measurement.

The 7 Series offers phase-stable performance in a versatile, general-purpose format. It balances phase stability, flexibility, and frequency range, making it a go-to cable for a wide range of microwave applications.

The 8 Series is purpose-built for Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) port extension and calibration applications. It delivers the highest level of phase stability and repeatability required for precision S-parameter measurements.
