Spatter Tubing
Weld-Spatter Resistant. UL94V-0 Flame Rated.

Purpose-built for welding robots and pneumatic circuits in arc and spot welding environments. SP4 (two-layer) and SPF (three-layer) constructions use UL94V-0 flame-resistant resin covers to prevent spatter accumulation and ignition — without sacrificing flexibility or water resistance.

Standard Pneumatic Tubing Burns and Accumulates Spatter. Welding Cells Need Something Different.

Standard nylon and polyurethane pneumatic tubing fails in welding environments in two ways: accumulated weld spatter creates a fire risk as the outer jacket melts or ignites, and thermal shock from hot spatter embrittles the tubing over repeated cycles. Both failure modes cause unplanned downtime in robotic welding cells and require replacement of installed tubing runs.

Junkosha spatter tubing uses UL94V-0 flame-resistant resin for the outer cover (SP4) and adds a PTFE second wrap on the three-layer SPF construction. Spatter slides off rather than sticking and burning, and the tubing maintains full flexibility and water resistance throughout its service life.

  • Excellent weathering and water resistance
