Tubing Specified by Flexibility Alone Fails When the Application Asks for More

Most polyurethane tubing is selected by a single criterion: soft or hard. In practice, a standard soft PU tube accumulates static charge in a semiconductor fab, absorbs water from the ambient air in a painting robot, or generates squealing noise in a cable carrier after six months of operation. These failures are predictable — and they are all solved by grade selection, not replacement.

Junkosha provides six distinct PU grades — each optimized for a specific failure mode — so the right tube is specified before installation, not after the first service call.

Water Resistant Soft Polyurethane Tubing
